• We do not anticipate any downtime, but the maintenance notification is sent as a precautionary mail to keep you informed in the event of an unlikely incident.
• There will be no data loss in migration.
• There will be no technical issues after the processes. However, we are here if you require any assistance.

We request you take the below-mentioned activity into consideration & plan your activities accordingly.

READ CAREFULLY:

* If you are using our name servers or private name servers then you don’t have to make any changes to your domain name. Your website will automatically resolve from the new server IP post-migration.

* All your login details will remain the same, we will still resend the login details of your account once the migration process is completed if the user requires it.

* If you find any issues or difficulties after the migration is done. Feel free and please Create a Support Ticket.

* We advise you to refrain from making any changes on your website after

( Feb 1st, 2023, 8 P.M. to Feb 3rd, 2023, 12 P.M. ) till the migration process is completed.

* If any users are using IP or Cloudflare to point hosting then IP needs to update. Check the below details

- Business /Fast Hosting Plans users, Change your 'A' record IP 103.129.97.191 to 103.152.79.125

- Single Domain/Multi-Domain/Monthly Plans users need to change the 'A' record IP 103.129.97.199 to 103.152.79.123
