We want to make you aware that On Friday (Sept 04th, 2022, 6 A.M. to 05-09-2022), we have scheduled the migration of your hosting account. We will be migrating your account to a brand new Series server. We have been working hard to set up a reliable and stable server infrastructure with the redundancy and scalability that will serve you far into the future.

Is it bad or good? Well, we are very excited and happy about these upgrades. We have a few things you need to look at before we start >>

  • We will be migrating your account to a brand new Series server.
  • We do not anticipate any downtime, but the maintenance notification is sent as a precautionary mail to keep you informed in the event of an unlikely incident.
  • There will be no data loss in migration.
  • There will be no technical issues after the processes. However, we are here if you require any assistance.

These processes will take place from (Sept 04th, 2022, 6 A.M. to 05-09-2022). Indian Standard Time(IST) So you will be required to follow the below-mentioned instructions after we start the processes from our side.

READ CAREFULLY:

  • If you are using our name servers or private name servers then you don’t have to make any changes to your domain name. Your website will automatically resolve from the new server IP post-migration.
  • All your login details will remain the same, we will still resend the login details of your account once the migration process is completed.
  • If you find any issue or difficulty after the migration is done. Feel free and please Create Support Ticket.
  • We advise you to refrain from making any changes on your website after (Sept 04th, 2022, 6 A.M. to 05-09-2022) till the migration process is completed.
